My name is Jennifer MacNeil, and I founded this company in 2025 with a simple but deeply personal mission, to deliver high-quality home healthcare guided by empathy, compassion, and clinical expertise.

More About Us
Over the course of my career in healthcare, I have seen far too many patients return home without the essential support they need, missing medications, durable medical equipment such as oxygen, walkers, or wheelchairs, and appropriate follow-up with specialists. These gaps in care often create a perfect storm that leads to preventable complications and unnecessary hospital readmissions. Many individuals and families face significant challenges at home, including confusion around medication changes, new diagnoses, and the realities of managing evolving health and wellness needs. As my own loved one's age, I began to ask an important question: Would they have access to affordable, high-quality care in the comfort of their own home? That question became my purpose. I am deeply committed to ensuring that not only my parents, but countless others, have access to the guidance, advocacy, and compassionate care they deserve. This belief, my “why”, inspired the creation of this concierge nursing service, designed to support individuals and families through life’s changing healthcare needs with clarity, dignity, and peace of mind. Throughout my nursing career, I have witnessed the toll that aging and chronic illness can take, not only on those managing their own care, but also on loved ones who often struggle to help from miles, or even continents, away. It is both my goal and my privilege to ease that burden, providing trusted support for clients while offering reassurance to the families who care so deeply for them.

Nursing
Skilled Nursing services provide comprehensive medical care in the comfort of your home, including vital sign monitoring, medication management and administration, post-surgical care, wound care and dressing changes, chronic disease management, catheter and ostomy care, and monitoring of oxygen therapy.
Having a private skilled nurse at home ensures personalized, one-on-one medical support, helps reduce the risk of hospital readmissions, and promotes safer, faster recovery, all while maintaining comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
Coordination
of Care
Coordination of Care provides organized, proactive oversight of a client’s healthcare needs through direct communication with physicians and specialty providers. This includes coordinating appointments, requesting medication adjustments, and obtaining specialized orders based on changes in health status.
Through ongoing evaluation and collaboration, care plans are continuously refined to ensure continuity, prevent gaps in care, and reduce the risk of unnecessary hospitalizations while supporting optimal health outcomes at home.
Personal Care Assistance
Personal Care Assistance supports daily living needs in the home, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments or essential outings.
As chronic health conditions or aging make everyday tasks more challenging, personal care assistance provides not only reliable practical support, but also meaningful companionship that promotes comfort, independence, emotional well-being, peace of mind, greater daily confidence, and a reassuring sense of stability.
