Meet Our Founder
Concierge With Compassion was founded in 2025 by Jennifer MacNeil with a clear purpose, to help individuals receive the skilled, dependable support they need to live safely and confidently at home.
Throughout her career in healthcare, Jennifer saw a recurring gap between the care patients received in a clinical setting and the support available once they returned home. Managing medications, medical equipment, changing health conditions, and everyday activities could quickly become overwhelming, leaving families to navigate increasingly complex needs on their own.
Jennifer founded Concierge With Compassion to bridge that gap with a more personal approach to home healthcare, one grounded in clinical expertise, consistency, and an understanding that no two individuals or families are alike.
Today, every client begins with an individualized plan built around their health needs, daily routines, lifestyle, and family circumstances. Clients are then thoughtfully matched with skilled nurses, CNAs, and Personal Care Assistants who can provide the right level of support, from skilled nursing and medication management to personal care, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living.
In 2026, Sophia Kiokpasoglou, a nurse Jennifer has known and trusted professionally for more than a decade, joined Concierge With Compassion, bringing additional clinical experience and a shared belief in highly personalized, relationship-driven care.
For Jennifer, the purpose behind Concierge With Compassion remains the same today as when it began; to help people live safely, independently, and with dignity in the place they know best, their home.

Certified Nursing Assistants
CNA's take delegation and report directly to clinical nurses to ensure basic care needs are delivered with a high regard for safety and well being. CNA's are often the first to notice changes in a clients condition, behavior and comfort and can report these changes ensuring fast intervention. The frequent interaction with clients helps gain insight into understanding physical and emotional needs. This relationship plays and important role providing companionship, advocacy and encouragement improving overall quality of life.
